Welcome to the West Haven High School Pool: 

Come and enjoy with your family and friends in the pool on Monday, Wednesday and Friday Evenings from 7:30pm-8:30pm (Public Swim) and 8:30pm-9:15pm (Adult Lap Swim 18 years +).

No Public Swim on Home football games: 
No Swim:  Jan 20th, Feb 14, 17, March 17th 2025

General Information
  • Policies:
  • Our open-swim program is limited to 20 swimmers per lifeguard and meets M-W-F evenings from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Maximum number of swimmers is 75.
  • All swimmers must take a Swim Test
  • Children Under 12 must have a guardian (+18) in the Pool Area
  • Children Under 8 must have a guardian (+18) in the Water
  • Adults only swim meets immediately after from 8:30-9:15 p.m. 18 years +
  • Please have exact change
  • Proof of residence required.
  • No Cameras & or Videotaping is alowed during public swim hours
  • No Outside Business can come in and run their business during Public Swim hours
  • Family Passes are available, 20 visits for $40 with no expiration date, save 50%!!! Call 937-3651 or stop by the Recreation Office for more information.

Pool Closed
  • When WH High School is Closed due to Weather the Pool is Closed as well.
  • Home Football Games No Public Swim
