Come join Instructor, Mary Beth Colleran who will facilitate your KRIPALU YOGA experience by utilizing classic yoga postures while focusing on breath awareness and relaxation for integrating one's body, mind, and spirit. Enjoy the benefits of Kripalu yoga include development of better balance, flexibility, strength, body awareness and helps to reduce stress, along with the beautiful view of the beach.  Anyone can do Kripalu yoga, no prior experience required and all practicing yoga levels are welcomed since non-judgemental self awareness is an essential part of Kripalu yoga. This is an adult COED program and participant must be at least 18 years of age.
