West Haven Parks & Recreation & West Haven Youth & Family Services are teaming up to offer a fun morning of activities during school vacation on Monday, April 10th , at Urban Air in Orange. The cost is $15.00 per child. This offer is for West Haven residents ages 6-17 years of age, and who meet Urban Air's height requirement policy of 4ft. tall (48 inches tall). Eligible youth must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who must remain on-site throughout the entire duration. DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR CHILD at URBAN AIR, Orange! Anyone who signs up for this opportunity MUST check-in at Urban Air , 260 Bull Hill Lane with West Haven Parks & Recreation staff  prior to receive their admission bracelet.  All participants who are enrolled MUST SIGN and BRING on April 10th  the attached Urban Air Wavier Form. Failure to sign and present this waiver on the day of the event may result in forfeiture of your admission bracelet and no refund.  Included in the package, each child will also receive 2 slices of pizza & a bottle of water. Program Details:
Cost: $15 per child
Ages: 6-17 (Must be 4FT Tall)
Time: Check-In 10:00 AM 
Play: 10:15-12:15
Lunch: 12:15-12:45 - Free to leave after eating 
**Fill out attached waiver prior to the event & turn in upon arrival**
