Summer Fun Girls Basketball Recreation League
- learn skill development while also competing in a fun recreational league. We will offer one or two age brackets (pending numbers): 
7-10 years old & 11-14 years old
**Must be between 7-14 at the start of league to be eligible** 

ALL GIRLS WHO REGISTER WILL BE PLACED ON A TEAM BY PARKS & RECREATION STAFF
Registration can be done online or at the Park & Rec office at 190 Kelsey Ave.

LEAGUE INFORMATION:
Our Summer Fun Girls basketball league will play twice a week for 5 weeks (for 10 games) plus  Playoffs. 
When: Tuesday & Thursday night
Location: Nike Site Park on Bull Hill Lane next to St. Louis Church
Clinic Date: June 17th 6-7:30
Game Dates: June 24th- July 31st with August 4th as a rain date. Playoffs August 5th and 7th.
*No games on July 3rd
Game Times: 6, 6:45, 7:30 Please be prompt.
Coaches meeting Wednesday, May 21st 7:00pm 

Rosters & Team Schedules will be mailed
Jerseys will be handed out opening night 

GENERAL GAME DAY INFORMATION 
Games will be held at Nike Site Park. 
First game will start @ 6pm.
Each game will have a 5 minute warm up followed by 40 minutes of game time.
Each game will have two eight minute quarters & two 12 minute quarter (clock will stop in final two minutes of 2nd & 4th quarter). 

HEALTH & SAFETY
- No one will be allowed inside the courts other than players, coaches, referees, scorekeepers, and West Haven Park & Rec staff. Please abide by these rules to ensure the safety & health of those participating and running the league.
-Parents are encouraged to come to the games and sit in the bleachers outside the fences. 
-Teams waiting for their game may warm up on the other court while waiting but must wait until the prior teams have exited the court before they enter.

Registration Begins April 7th for RESIDENTS & April 28th FOR NON-RESIDENTS
Cost is $45 Residents/$55 Non-Residents
