Fall Track & Field
Our 5 week track and field introductory program is returning this fall for both boys and girls ages 7 through 14.  It will run BOTH Wednesday nights at Oak St Beach from 6-7pm AND Saturday (and some Sunday) afternoons from 1pm-2:30pm at WHHS track. We will introduce all the aspects of track and field including running, jumping and throwing events.  Wednesdays will focus on running and fitness.  Our coaches currently work with the girls at West Haven High and would like to extend that love of the sport to our youth. 
*Note:  We also run an adaptive sports program and can accommodate children with special needs.
