Fall Track & Field
Our 5 week track and field introductory program is returning this fall for both boys and girls ages 7 through 14.  It will run Saturday mornings from 11am-12:30pm at West Haven Parks and Recreation lower softball field. We will introduce all the aspects of track and field including running, jumping and throwing events. Our coaches currently work with the girls at West Haven High and would like to extend that love of the sport to our youth. 
*Note:  We also run an adaptive sports program and can accommodate children with  special needs.
