Westie Fall Walking Group

Are you looking to get back in shape? Meet new people? Get those joints moving again? Then join us for a walk.  We will meet Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:00 at the parking lot at the end of Oak Street.  We will walk the entire boardwalk(approximately 3 miles), and can discuss doing more or less upon arrival. Monday & Wednesday will be a later start at 12.
