Pound Exercise Class
What is POUND?
      It’s an upbeat routine using weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix, to perform a series of movements.  Participants can expect to work up a sweat while drumming to the beat of the music.
     The Pound Workout routines works all major muscle groups, including the abs, arms, legs, and gluts. The constant drumming and movement increases your heart rate, burns calories, strengthens muscles, relieves stress and boosts your mood, which makes it a great option for those looking to lose weight or improve cardiovascular fitness.
