Looking to get in shape, feel better, and work off the holiday treats? Join Coach Ryan at Parks & Rec for a total body workout!
Kickboxing is a full body workout that will help you burn calories while strengthening your core and both upper and lower body muscles.  Kickboxing can lower stress and anxiety; and Coach Ryan’s upbeat attitude will certainly improve your mood.  It also will increase your stamina, balance and overall fitness.  Join us Tuesday nights starting January 7th from 7-8pm in the lower level of the Tall Oaks building at Painter Park. Parking in back.
