Winter Kids Cooking Returns...hosted by Mary's Culinary Classes! Mary has established herself in several of the shoreline towns Parks & Recreation departments over the past few years and has been interviewed by both Channel 8 and the Register. Mary brings her love and knowledge of cooking to the kids by teaching them to measure and mix while teaching the safeties of the kitchen. Kids will eat their meal in class and take home any leftovers they don’t eat.
Mary began her journey by watching and helping her mother baking and cooking traditional Italian cuisine. Her repertoire has expanded beyond cooking Italian food as she has spent many years working in the restaurant business. Mary spent many years working with both children and adults alike and books private birthday parties as well. Some classes are co-taught by her husband, Gregg. Gregg is an award winning culinary arts and restaurant management teacher who currently teaches at the high school and college level.
