Yoga
Instructor Mary Beth Colleran will facilitate your Beach Yoga experience by utilizing classic yoga postures while focusing on breath awareness and relaxation for integrating one's body, mind, and spirit. Anyone can do yoga. No prior experience required and all practicing yoga levels are welcomed since non-judgemental self awareness is an essential part of yoga. This is an adult COED program and participant must be at least 18 years of age.

Development of better balance
Flexibility
Strength, body awareness
Helps to reduce stress.

Class will meet on the grassy knoll area behind the Old Savin Rock Conference Center.
Must be a West Haven Resident to park in the beach lot otherwise you must pay for parking.
**In case of rain class will be moved indoors to the Lower Level of Tall Oaks building at Painter Park**
