Kid’s Wednesday Night Fun Run
 
Looking to improve your fitness? Training for another sport?  Need something to do on a Wednesday night and make some new friends?  Come Run with us!
 
We meet at Oak St Parking Lot (near the bocce courts), run down to the Veteran’s Memorial Wall and back for a one-mile run.  Those feeling adventurous will continue to the end of the condos by Stowe’s and back for a 2-mile run.  Our high school track kids will run in the front and back of the pack so they can run at whatever pace they like.  The coaches will stretch them and do some core work as well.  If time allows, they may do some short sprints or lunges to work on their speed. 
 
*Note: You may drop off or stay and walk/run the boardwalk with us. 
*It is usually cooler down the beach, so dress appropriately and wear sneakers with a good sole.  NO CROCS or SLIDES. 
REMEMBER to bring a water bottle. Put your name on in if it’s not a store bought bottle.
