Strength & Conditioning for Kids
Our strength and conditioning class for kids will focus on the foundations of exercise and muscle development while improving your child’s confidence. Whether you are looking to improve your speed and reaction time, make the high school team, build muscle, get in shape, learn new exercises, or make new friends, this is the class for you.
Coach Carleigh is a student and trainer at University of New Haven. Carleigh will show you exercises to make you faster and stronger. Kids will use body weight and light weights to get stronger, while working on core exercises to stabilize the muscles needed for balance and to help you get stronger.
