Adult Muscle Cardio Tone - Adult Muscle Cardio Tone
Join our exercise workout designed by instructor Heather Frazee twice a week (Monday's & Wednesday's) and see results in your energy level and waistline. This program will include various muscle toning and body sculpting techniques utilizing aerobic steps, exercise bands and bars, medicine ball, hand & leg weights. YOU control the intensity of your work out!
Class is designed for all levels of exercise enthusiasts - a fun way to tone & firm your body with noticeable results
Please provide your own floor mat, hand and /or leg weights - optional. Limited number of these items are available at the program location.
Exercise bands, medicine balls, aerobic steps, weighted poles, hand & leg weights will be utilized throughout the session.

West Haven Parks & Recreation is teaming up with Picasso Parties to offer an exciting 6 week after school art program for students of Carrigan Intermediate School. This program will meet every Wednesday from 2:45-4:00pm starting January, 29th. Picasso Parties after school art program hopes to engage children of all ages who are interested in art. We will introduce them to art mediums such as acrylics, watercolors, charcoal, and clay. Our 6-week hour-long class gives them the chance to do hands-on art projects while learning certain techniques. This program does not provide transportation so students must have a ride home when the program ends. Your child does not need any experience in art and Picasso will supply all the materials and fun! This program will meet every Wednesday from 2:45-4:00pm starting January, 29th. Picasso Parties after school art program hopes to engage children of all ages who are interested in art. We will introduce them to art mediums such as acrylics, watercolors, charcoal, and clay. Our 6-week hour-long class gives them the chance to do hands-on art projects while learning certain techniques. This program does not provide transportation so students must have a ride home when the program ends. Your child does not need any experience in art and Picasso will supply all the materials and fun! Join our exercise workout designed by instructor Heather Frazee twice a week (Monday's & Wednesday's) and see results in your energy level and waistline. This program will include various muscle toning and body sculpting techniques utilizing aerobic steps, exercise bands and bars, medicine ball, hand & leg weights. YOU control the intensity of your work out!

West Haven Parks & Recreation is teaming up with Picasso Parties to offer an exciting 6 week after school art program for students of Carrigan Intermediate School. This program will meet every Wednesday from 2:45-4:00pm starting January, 29th. Picasso Parties after school art program hopes to engage children of all ages who are interested in art. We will introduce them to art mediums such as acrylics, watercolors, charcoal, and clay. Our 6-week hour-long class gives them the chance to do hands-on art projects while learning certain techniques. This program does not provide transportation so students must have a ride home when the program ends. Your child does not need any experience in art and Picasso will supply all the materials and fun!
