Come join Mrs. Heath and staff on three separate Saturday mornings (October, November, December) to get into the holiday spirit. Each class will be 90 minutes of fun and engaging  crafts for the kids to do. Spots for this class will be limited to the first 12 children who registered. This is a drop off only program so please be sure your child will be comfortable staying with our staff. Join our exercise workout designed by instructor Heather Frazee twice a week (Monday's & Wednesday's) and see results in your energy level and waistline. This program will include various muscle toning and body sculpting techniques utilizing aerobic steps, exercise bands and bars, medicine ball, hand & leg weights. YOU control the intensity of your work out!   Class is designed for all levels of exercise enthusiasts - a fun way to tone & firm your body with noticeable results    Please provide your own floor mat, hand and /or leg weights - optional. Strength & Conditioning for KidsOur strength and conditioning class for kids will focus on the foundations of exercise and muscle development while improving your child’s confidence. Whether you are looking to improve your speed and reaction time, make the high school team, build muscle, get in shape, learn new exercises, or make new friends, this is the class for you. Coach Carleigh is a student and trainer at University of New Haven. Carleigh will show you exercises to make you faster and stronger.  Kids will use body weight and light weights to get stronger, while working on core exercises to stabilize the muscles needed for balance and to help you get stronger.

This program will include various muscle toning and body sculpting techniques utilizing aerobic steps, exercise bands and bars, medicine ball, hand & leg weights. YOU control the intensity of your work out!   Class is designed for all levels of exercise enthusiasts - a fun way to tone & firm your body with noticeable results    Please provide your own floor mat, hand and /or leg weights - optional.
